El cirujano asesino permaneció hincado frente al altar orando a Dios que le perdonase por todos los pacientes que habían muerto en sus manos al proceder a ejecutarlos en lugar de salvarlos durante las operaciones.
Y por otra parte gozaba el recuerdo de sus crímenes impunes, pero ése era su secreto.

ENGLISH VERSION.

The murdering surgeon knelt before the altar in devoted prayer requesting forgiveness from God for all those patients whom he executed instead of saving their lives.
On the other hand he relished in the memories of his unpunished crimes, but that was his own secret.
