Al entrar al elevador del rascacielos que lo llevaría al piso 42 , haciendo antes una escala en el tercero, pensó en lo afortunado que era en éste momento; pues subió sólo por la planta del estacionamiento, y justo al iniciar el ascenso las lentejas con plátano de la noche anterior hicieron efecto liberando una asquerosa flatulencia; conocida también como pedo por una persona común de ciudad o de campo; y se felicitó internamente por ser a la vez tan previsor. Según luego se enteró de los hechos, la única persona a quien culpar que tuvieron los que ingresaron en el tercer piso, fué un hombre sólo, que ahí salió en ése mismo momento con amplia sonrisa y quien traía puesta una máscara de luchador.
ENGLISH VERSION.
As he boarded the elevator located at the parking lot in the basement; he could not help reflecting on how fortunate the events turned out to be. Not only due to the fact that the previous night's dinner of lentils and plantain had released a lenghthy and disgustingly odorous flatulence; or fart to the everyday person, and repeatedly the good luck of having no one else present to witness such an embarrasing occurence.
After he left the elevator on the only stop it made before it travelled upwards to the 42nd story; with ten passengers boarding; he later on heard someone say that all anyone saw was that smiling man wearing the wrestler's mask getting off at the lobby floor.
